Ferrugia Construction is a family-owned commercial construction company serving the Greater Houston area and surrounding counties and municipalities since 1989, initially operating under Texstar Services. Since inception, Texstar/Ferrugia Construction has completed more than 200 projects including major apartment renovations, ground up commercial and industrial projects of varied sizes and cost, ground up worship centers, freestanding restaurants, and clinical buildings along with major tenant finish projects.
